新疆河南企业联合会（商会）简介

新疆维吾尔自治区河南企业联合会是经自治区经协办和自治区民政厅正式批准成立的非营利性并具有法人资格的服务、中介和协调机构，为全区性法人社团组织，现任会长：许时瑞。
　　河南商会顺应社会主义市场经济不断完善的大势，呼应中部崛起、西部开发的战略决策，响应构建和谐社会的号召，在自治区经协办、招商局、民政厅的正确领导下，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，坚持科学发展观，切实履行组织、协调和服务职能，为商会自身的发展、为新疆经济社会发展、为新疆河南两省区的全面合作作出了积极贡献。
　　截止目前，商会已发展会员企业225家，会员628人，比商会成立初期增加企业96家，会员108人。常务副会长由7个增加到9个；副会长由26个增加到31个；常务理事由38个增加到62个；理事由208个增加到505个。阿克苏河南商会成立后，塔城、奎屯等地相继成立了河南商会联络处筹备委员会，商会队伍不断扩大。目前商会企业拥有的固定资产合计已达800多亿元，9个常务副会长所在企业拥有的总资产达 60多亿元。商会所属企业吸纳社会劳动力就业8.5万人。
　　河南商会充分发挥协调服务职能和桥梁纽带作用，先后引进内地来疆企业12家，总投资6.5亿元人民币。商会骨干企业运作新项目3个，总投资40亿元人民币。协调12家建筑企业联合成立集团公司。体现合作共赢之豫商精神的“予疆大厦”正在施工。
　　河南商会注重文化建设，着力塑造以“精诚团结、诚信为本、客户至上、为国效力”为基本内涵的商会形象，社会影响不断扩大。
